A word from our customers. US Bank.

(SPEECH)

FRED DOHOGNE: My name is Fred Dohogne. I'm one of the owners of Emergency Mitigation Services.

WHITNEY BRITTON: I am Whitney Britton. I am with Emergency Mitigation Services. I am the office manager and the marketing manager.

FRED DOHOGNE: We save structures, whether it be from fire, water, mold.

TAYLOR WORTHINGTON: My name is Taylor Worthington. I am a US Bank Business Card consultant in the Kansas City metro. So one of the wonderful things about US Bank is that we are really ingrained in the local business community here. And we have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of businesses.

FRED DOHOGNE: Something that I feel separates us from our competitors is that we really care about customer service. And everyone likes to say that. But I feel that we--

WHITNEY BRITTON: Mean it.

FRED DOHOGNE: Yeah, we mean it. We show it. We have reviews that can prove it. Taylor and US Bank have shown the same type of focus and effort towards customer service with us that we try to do.

WHITNEY BRITTON: I feel like working with US Bank and Taylor, our consultant, we have the same values and goals. They're very customer-oriented. So are we. They try to make things as seamless as possible, and so do we. Especially in our situation, it is an emergency. So you have to keep the customer happy and calm. And I feel like some of the situations we've been in, US Bank has done that for us.

TAYLOR WORTHINGTON: In my position as a US Bank Business Card Consultant, I work hand in hand with our clients every day to really go through their business and understand them on a one-to-one basis. With their team of relationship managers and other business line partners, we go in and we analyze the business and really work through the opportunities that they have to use business credit to maximize their purchasing power, and to also get rewarded for doing so.

FRED DOHOGNE: Using the US Bank credit cards allows us to get things on right when we need them. Something that I learned working with our consultant was, we rely almost too heavily on cash.

TAYLOR WORTHINGTON: So some common misconceptions that clients may have about business credit cards is that they are a tool to use only as a last resort. I think one of the things that we, as business card consultants, bring to the table is the opportunity to educate our clients around the benefits of credit and how using a business credit card in your day-to-day purchases can actually open up doors that you wouldn't have had access to prior.

At the end of the day, when I have put a product into their hand that allows them to really work through their business and have the opportunity to do something that they may not have had the opportunity prior, that really makes my day.

WHITNEY BRITTON: We love you, Taylor.
